Värska Sanatoorium is a lakeside bathing spot in Põlva County, 16 km southeast of the town of Räpina. The site was placed under monitoring recently; the first 3 years produced excellent results. The Korela weather station is 12.9 km away. The Health Board carries out bathing-water monitoring every summer in line with the requirements of the EU directive.
