The Klooga Järv bathing beach lies on the shore of a lake in Harju County, 10 km east of Paldiski and 10 km west of Keila. A recently monitored site; the first 3 years gave excellent results. The nearest weather station is Keila (11.0 km). Periodic water monitoring is carried out under the supervision of the Health Board (EU Bathing Water Directive).
