Beach
Pikakari Rand is a swimming beach on the Gulf of Finland coast in Harjumaa. It lies near Tallinn (4 km to the north-west). Since 2012 water quality has not fallen below excellent. The Pirita weather station is 5.5 km away. The Health Board conducts bathing water monitoring every summer in accordance with the requirements of the EU directive.
