Beach

Kärdla is a beach on the Baltic Sea coastal strip on Hiiumaa. It is practically within the town of Kärdla. In all 11 monitoring years, water quality has been at least good. The nearest weather station is Kõrgessaare, 16.2 km away. The Health Board carries out bathing-water monitoring every summer in accordance with the requirements of the EU Directive.
