Beach
Joaoru Rand, located in Ida-Viru County, is a riverside swimming beach a few minutes' walk from the town of Narva. The latest monitoring assessments show good water quality. The Narva linn weather station is located next to the beach. The EU Bathing Water Directive requires the Health Board to carry out periodic monitoring of the swimming site.
